Dr. Vrcek treats patients of all ages including children with eyelid problems, tumors, and the need for eye removal.
Pediatric ptosis presents a unique challenge in which the normal anatomy may be disrupted or not functional. Dr. Vrcek provides several options for minimally invasive ptosis repair.
Below is a patient who underwent ptosis repair for a poorly functioning left upper eyelid. Note the normal, smooth, Asian eyelid contour is preserved with the left eye being more open after surgery.
