Below are actual patients of Dr. Vrcek. Each patient's surgery is customized to their particular goals and anatomy.

The above patient is pictured before and just 3 weeks after upper and lower blepharoplasty with skin elevation and chemical peel. She has some residual swelling, particularly in the upper eyelids that will continue to improve as she heals.
The above patient is pictured before and 3 months after upper blepharoplasty and lower blepharoplasty with skin elevation, chemical peel, and canthoplasty. She did not like the tired and sad appearance of her eyes. The canthoplasty can help to turn a downturned or droopy lower eyelid into a more refreshed and awake appearance.
The above patient is pictured before and 4 weeks after upper and lower blepharoplasty with skin and midface elevation. The midface elevation was designed to improve the festoon or "second bag" in his upper cheek region.

The above patient is pictured before and 3 months after upper blepharoplasty and transconjunctival fat repositioning lower blepharoplasty with a chemical peel. She had lower eyelid bags from a young age and wanted a long term solution.
The above patient is pictured before and 3 months after upper eyelid blepharoplasty. She is very pleased with the reduction in heaviness and puffiness in her upper eyelids as well as the natural appearance.
The above patient had lower eyelid surgery elsewhere and was not happy with the results. She is loving her results pictured here, just 4 weeks after revision lower blepharoplasty and skin resurfacing.
The above patient has a very challenging problem in facial aesthetics, called malar edema or "festoons". She is loving her results 3 months after a customized approach that addresses the festoons from the deep plane to help to shrink the spongy tissue that tends to accumulate fluid, as well as re-drape the loose skin. She also had an upper blepharoplasty at the same time.
The above patient is pictured before and 3 months after lower eyelid blepharoplasty with resurfacing. She is very pleased with the reduction in puffiness in her lower eyelids as well as the improvement in the darkness and discoloration in the lower eyelids.
The above patient is pictured before and 3 months after upper and lower eyelid blpehaorplasty with chemical peel. Her goals were to reduce the extra skin and multiple folds in the upper eyelids as well as the "bags" in the lower eyelids, all while preserving her natural Asian eyelid anatomy.
The above patient is pictured before and three months after transconjunctival fat repositioning lower eyelid blepharoplasty. His goal was to remove the "bag" from the lower eyelid region while maintaining his eyelid shape and natural masculine apperance.
The above patient is pictured before and three months after transconjunctival fat repositioning lower eyelid blepharoplasty. Her goal was to treat the bags and dark circles in the lower eyelid region while maintaining her natural eyelid shape. The fat repositioning technique repurposes the fatty tissue that causes the "bag" and uses it as a natural filler to add volume to the depression in the hollow area beneath the "bag"
The above patient is pictured before and three months after transconjunctival fat repositioning lower eyelid blepharoplasty with a chemical peel. She was bothered by 'bags" in her lower eyelid area for years. Rather than simply removing the fat, the fat repositioning technique also uses some of the fat to fill in the hollow areas underneath the bag. Please note, she is wearing makeup in the after photo.
The above patient is pictured 3 months after upper eyelid blepharoplasty and brow lift. Patients often ask how incisions will look with the eyes closed. The incisions are hidden nicely in the eyelid crease and will continue to fade as she continues to heal.
The above patient is pictured 3 months after fat repositioning lower blepharoplasty with skin pinch and chemical peel. Fat repositioning helps to not just treat the bags themselves, but also the dark hollows beneath the bags. The skin pinch helps to tighten the lower lid skin and the peel helps with texture and tone of the skin.
Brow Lift
The above patient is pictured before and 3 months after pretrichial brow lift, upper blepharoplasty and transconjunctival fat repositioning lower blepharoplasty with chemical peel. She is a very energetic person and was tired of coworkers and friends asking her if she was tired. She wanted her appearance to reflect the way she feels.
The above patient is pictured before and just 3 weeks after upper blepharoplasty with ptosis repair and endoscopic brow lift. At three weeks, there is still some swelling that will continue to improve.

The above patient wanted to improve her protruding eyes as well as the shape of her eyes. She desired an "almond eye" with less inferior scleral show (less white showing between the lower eyelid and the iris). The before and after photos are provided by the patient as she lives out of state and traveled to Dallas for her surgery.
